Read more After leaving school and qualifying as an Engineer, I had the incredibly stupid idea of becoming a Police Officer for my local County. Almost 10 years went by, giving me an incredible life experience. I then returned to my local College and retrained as an Installation Electrician. I then spent the majority of my thirties working as a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer for the NHS. During this employment I gained further training and qualifications in PAT testing, Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection, Low Voltage AP, Lift Technician AP and Advanced Engineering Technician Medical Gas Pipelines.
